Robb “Little Owl” Martin is a descendant of Southern Ute & Jicarilla Apache heritage. He has been making and playing his own Native American style flutes for nearly 15 years. The songs he plays are each unique and from the heart each time he plays. He also incorporates many traditional stories and a great deal of Native American history into his presentations.
The Salt Lake City Arts Council is a division of Salt Lake City Corporation in the Department of Economic Development and also maintains a nonprofit corporation, the Salt Lake City Arts Council Foundation with 501(c)(3) status.
