Bulgarka is a community group of Bulgarian dancers and singers that was established by volunteers who attend gatherings of the local Bulgarian society. Bulgarka performs music and dances from various ethnographic regions of the country and group members are dedicated to preserving and sharing their cultural heritage in Utah.
The Salt Lake City Arts Council is a division of Salt Lake City Corporation in the Department of Economic Development and also maintains a nonprofit corporation, the Salt Lake City Arts Council Foundation with 501(c)(3) status.
